Ensure that appropriate design standards, checklists, references, and other QA tools are documented and implemented. Develop tools and training to assure uniform application of courseware design standards. Develop courseware-testing protocols, conduct tests, prioritize fixes, debug courseware.

Business Development

Advise corporate sales team on technical issues. Conduct meetings with prospects and clients. Write proposals, determining statement of work, deliverables, and pricing. Research business potential of new technologies. Recommend hardware and software purchases.

Familiar with industry-standard tools for the design, development, production, and management of e-learning, including Blackboard, Dreamweaver Ultradev, Macromedia MX, Lotus Notes, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Acrobat, PaintShop, PhotoShop, Cold Fusion, Perl, MySQL, etc.
